Shipping Fees & Delivery Time
At Al Habeeb Market, we strive to provide a smooth shopping experience for our customers. Below are the details regarding shipping fees and estimated delivery times:
- Shipping Fees: The shipping cost is calculated during checkout based on the order's weight, the delivery destination, and the selected shipping method. Any applicable shipping charges will be displayed before you complete your purchase.
- Delivery Time: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-3 business days after placing your order. Estimated delivery times based on location are as follows:
- Local Delivery (Qena - Red Sea): 1-5 business days.
- International Delivery: 7-14 business days.
- Fast Local Delivery (Within Qena & Hurghada): Orders within the city limits of Qena and Hurghada will be delivered within 1 hour.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as customs delays, natural disasters, or peak seasons.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email or notification containing the tracking number and a link to track your shipment. You can monitor the status of your order online using this tracking number.
Delivery Areas
We deliver to most areas within Qena and the Red Sea governorates, as well as select international locations. However, some remote or restricted areas may be excluded from our delivery zones. You will be notified during checkout if your delivery address falls within a restricted area.

International Shipping

While we strive to meet the estimated delivery times, some shipments may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances such as:
- Customs clearance delays (for international shipments).

- Incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.
In such cases, we will do our best to keep you informed of any delays or issues regarding your shipment.
Shipping Address Accuracy
It is the customer's responsibility to provide accurate shipping information at checkout. We are not responsible for packages that cannot be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete address information. In such cases, additional fees may apply for reshipping the package to the correct address.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Al Habeeb Market is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery has been confirmed by the shipping company. If you suspect your package is missing, please contact us within 3 days of the estimated delivery date, and we will assist you in investigating the matter.
