By downloading or using the app, these terms will automatically apply to you – you should make sure therefore that you read them carefully before using the app. You’re not allowed to copy or modify the app, any part of the app, or our trademarks in any way. You’re not allowed to attempt to extract the source code of the app, and you also shouldn’t try to translate the app into other languages or make derivative versions. The app itself, and all the trademarks, copyright, database rights, and other intellectual property rights related to it, still belong to Al Habeeb Group.
Al Habeeb Group is committed to ensuring that the app is as useful and efficient as possible. For that reason, we reserve the right to make changes to the app or to charge for its services, at any time and for any reason. We will never charge you for the app or its services without making it very clear to you exactly what you’re paying for.
The Al Habeeb Market app stores and processes personal data that you have provided to us, to provide our Service. It’s your responsibility to keep your phone and access to the app secure. We therefore recommend that you do not jailbreak or root your phone, which is the process of removing software restrictions and limitations imposed by the official operating system of your device. It could make your phone vulnerable to malware/viruses/malicious programs, compromise your phone’s security features and it could mean that the Al Habeeb Market app won’t work properly or at all.

You should be aware that there are certain things that Al Habeeb Group will not take responsibility for. Certain functions of the app will require the app to have an active internet connection. The connection can be Wi-Fi or provided by your mobile network provider, but Al Habeeb Group cannot take responsibility for the app not working at full functionality if you don’t have access to Wi-Fi, and you don’t have any of your data allowance left.
If you’re using the app outside of an area with Wi-Fi, you should remember that the terms of the agreement with your mobile network provider will still apply. As a result, you may be charged by your mobile provider for the cost of data for the duration of the connection while accessing the app, or other third-party charges. In using the app, you’re accepting responsibility for any such charges, including roaming data charges if you use the app outside of your home territory (i.e. region or country) without turning off data roaming. If you are not the bill payer for the device on which you’re using the app, please be aware that we assume that you have received permission from the bill payer for using the app.
Along the same lines, Al Habeeb Group cannot always take responsibility for the way you use the app i.e. You need to make sure that your device stays charged – if it runs out of battery and you can’t turn it on to avail the Service, Al Habeeb Group cannot accept responsibility.
With respect to Al Habeeb Group’s responsibility for your use of the app, when you’re using the app, it’s important to bear in mind that although we endeavor to ensure that it is updated and correct at all times, we do rely on third parties to provide information to us so that we can make it available to you. Al Habeeb Group accepts no liability for any loss, direct or indirect, you experience as a result of relying wholly on this functionality of the app.
At some point, we may wish to update the app. The app is currently available on Android & iOS – the requirements for the both systems(and for any additional systems we decide to extend the availability of the app to) may change, and you’ll need to download the updates if you want to keep using the app. Al Habeeb Group does not promise that it will always update the app so that it is relevant to you and/or works with the Android & iOS version that you have installed on your device. However, you promise to always accept updates to the application when offered to you, We may also wish to stop providing the app, and may terminate use of it at any time without giving notice of termination to you. Unless we tell you otherwise, upon any termination, (a) the rights and licenses granted to you in these terms will end; (b) you must stop using the app, and (if needed) delete it from your device.

As a customer, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

- If delivery is unsuccessful due to your error (e.g., incorrect name, address, or other details), you will be liable for additional costs incurred for re-delivery.
- If you use the website, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and restricting access to your computer. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password.

- Products will only be delivered within the specified delivery area per the applicable delivery policy. We are not responsible for any claims related to products ordered outside the delivery zone.
- We reserve the right to take legal action against anyone engaging in fraudulent use of the website or any illegal acts or omissions that violate these terms and conditions.
Purchase Orders:
- The minimum order value is 200 Egyptian Pounds.
- Modified orders are subject to price changes, and the availability of requested items cannot be guaranteed if the delivery date changes.
Customers may be contacted by “Al Habib” for order confirmation in the following cases:
- If the total order contains over 20 items or more than 10 units of the same product.
- If the order includes specialized department items (non-grocery).
- “Al Habib” reserves the right to limit quantities or withhold delivery of certain products depending on availability.
- In the event of order cancellation, partial cancellation, or substitute product suggestions, or if additional information is required to process the order.
- If the customer makes late changes to the order, “Al Habib Market” reserves the right to cancel the order or process the amendment as a new and separate order with customer consent.
Order Delivery:
- “Al Habib” strives to deliver groceries within 60 minutes on average, depending on the delivery location and customer schedules.
- Our store is responsible for providing a receipt to the customer upon order delivery.
- After placing an order, you will receive an email confirmation with the order number and be able to track its status until delivery.
- You will receive both an electronic and paper invoice upon delivery. All invoices are available in the "My Account" section of our website. Report any missing items immediately upon receipt; otherwise, the items are deemed to have been accepted in good condition.
- Delivery dates, times, and charges will be displayed during the order process.
- Products will be delivered to the specified delivery address. Deliveries are carried out via in-store delivery services or to the doorsteps of residences or reception areas of commercial establishments.
- Any individual present at the delivery address is assumed to be authorized to receive the order. If neither you nor your authorized representative is available during the specified delivery period, we will attempt to contact you to reschedule delivery or cancel the order if there is no response.
- Missing items must be reported immediately upon receipt. Otherwise, the delivered goods are considered accepted as being in excellent condition.
Returns and Cancellations:
- 24 hours for fresh food, computers, clothing, and household items.
- 14 days for all other goods.
- Goods must be in their original packaging without missing parts or size discrepancies.
- The original receipt must be available for returns/exchanges.
- Personal and intimate wear items are not eligible for returns/exchanges.
- If “Al Habib Market” cancels delivery due to external circumstances (e.g., weather conditions, restricted access permits, or extreme delivery difficulties), the user is not entitled to compensation. Prepaid orders will be refunded within approximately 5 business days.
- Users must cancel their orders before entering the delivery process, either via the "My Orders" section or by contacting the store.
Prices:
- All prices are displayed in the local currency and include VAT.
- Errors in product pricing or information may occur. Prices can only be confirmed after an order is placed.
- For fresh products priced by weight (e.g., meat, cheese, fruits), the final price may vary slightly based on the actual weight delivered. Accurate pricing is reflected on the invoice provided upon delivery.
Payment Methods:
- Cash on delivery.
- Mobile credit card terminal upon delivery.
- Online payment (valid credit cards in Egypt only).
If you pay for our products online, your details will be sent securely to our payment provider.
Users under the age of 18 are prohibited from registering or using this website.
Website Security:
It is prohibited to violate website security, including but not limited to:
- Accessing unauthorized data or servers.
- Attempting to probe, scan, or breach security measures.
